 Mr. Tony Cao, President of American Dragon Group (ADG).

With more than nine years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Cao has the expertise needed to successfully buy and sell homes in the local market. He manages homes development in local community by utilizing a proven successful marketing plan. Mr. Cao promotes sales of properties through construction, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. He negotiates the best construction contract for clients, works with home inspectors and appraisers to determine any and all actions that need to be taken prior to closing, and ensures that all terms of the contract are met prior to closing.

 

Mr. Cao received an MBA from Dutch Delta Business University in Holland in Business Management. He has also had professional training in sales and real estate from various major figures in the industry including Kathy Kennebrook, Brian & Lynette, Ron LeGrand, and George Miller. Mr. Cao is fluent in English, Chinese and Vietnamese.

Mr. Henry Mai, Vice President of American Dragon Group (ADG).

 

Mr. Mai has more than five years of experience in the real estate industry. With extensive finance, administration, and public accounting experience in diverse industries including retail/wholesale distribution, financial services, and asset management, Mr. Mai has proven his ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximizing profits through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls, and productivity/ efficiency improvements. Prior to joining ADG, Mr. Mai was the president of Century 2000 Insurance Inc. for seven years.

 

Mr. Mai graduated with an B.S. in Management and Information System from the California State University, Long Beach. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

 Mr. Quang Nguyen, CFO of American Dragon Group (ADG).

Mr. Nguyen works closely with the company's partners, shareholders, and employees to meet ADG policy. As the office manager, Mr. Nguyen is familiar with all aspects of daily business operations including: Personnel, Human Resources, HIPPA and OSHA Compliance, Contract Negotiations, Payroll, Federal Tax Preparation, and numerous administrative functions. He works within fast-paced environments with the ability to lead and motivate employees.

Mr. Nguyen received a B.S. from Syracuse University in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises. Mr. Nguyen is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
